Moscow Police ask for public’s help in students murder investigation

Police have issued a release today asking for the help of the public in identifying the occupents of a white Hyundai Elantra that was possibly in the area of King Street around or near the time of the murders.

This request almost certainly came from a tip or from something seen on one of the many videos submitted by the public.

It appears the police do not have the tag number.
